How long does it take to groom my dog?

Usually it takes 2-3 hours for a Deluxe and 1 hour for a Bath and Brush. Without an appointment, your dogs get in line. In line, it’s first come, first serve.

When can my puppy get its first hair cut?

Puppies can be groomed as early as 15 weeks. That is usually right after the first rabies shot. Since this will be your dog’s first grooming experience, we want to makes sure that it has a pleasant experience. Please make an appointment for this to happen.

What equipment should I have at home? What else should I know?

The bare minimum is a brush and comb. Brush out your dog before and after the bath to prevent. It’s the best way to build a closer relationship with your dog. Additionally, preventing tangles can also reduce grooming bills

Why can't I have an exact quote over the phone?

The way owners perceive their dogs is much different than how groomers perceive them. There are many factors that we weight into a quote such as: weight, coat condition, and temperament. The best way for us to give you a quote is if we can see and pet your dog in person.

Why can't I watch while my dog is being groomed?

Believe it or not, dogs feed off of the energy of their owners. This makes the dog excitable and more time consuming to groom. More importanly, we cannot be liable for personal injury of a curious dog owner in a busy shop. So respectfully, we will have to ask you to wait outside until we are completely finished.

What are Tangles?

Tangles are knotted fur. Tangles occur naturally by playing or petting. One of the fastest ways to tangle your dog’s fur is by putting on a sweater. Don’t forget to brush your dog regularly!
